Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01 May 2025

This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all bookings, purchases, and service engagements with Patpally and Sons Consultancy Services (operating as CozyCraft Homes, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our services or purchasing products from our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Booking & Advance Payments
1.1 All service bookings require an advance payment (typically ₹25,000 or an amount as agreed in writing).
1.2 This advance secures your project slot and is adjusted against the final project invoice.
1.3 Advance payments are non-refundable, as they account for initial administrative costs, project planning, and early resource allocation.
2. Cancellation by the Client
2.1 In the event the Client chooses to cancel the service after booking, the advance payment will be non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
2.2 This is due to the customized and labor-intensive nature of our design and construction services, which often begin immediately upon booking.
2.3 For milestone-based projects, only unexecuted future milestones may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to written approval.
3. Cancellation by CozyCraft Homes
3.1 If CozyCraft Homes is unable to proceed with the project due to internal reasons, project infeasibility, or lack of capacity, a 100% refund of any unused payments will be issued.
3.2 Such refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
4. Project-Based & Milestone Refunds
4.1 In engagements with milestone-based payments, the Client may cancel future milestones that have not yet started.
4.2 Refunds will not be issued for milestones that are already underway or completed.
4.3 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the milestone begins to be eligible for refund consideration.
5. No Refund for Design Purchases (Digital Products)
5.1 All floor plans and design packages sold through our website are non-refundable.
5.2 Given the digital and intellectual nature of our products, once a file is downloaded, it cannot be returned or revoked.
5.3 As a design-led, customization-first company, every plan is a result of creative effort and is non-transferable once accessed.
5.4 Clients are welcome to purchase additional versions or updates at any time, or book a free discovery call for a personalized design consultation suited to evolving needs.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved (for reasons outlined above), we will initiate it within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Refund-related issues should first be raised with our support team at [hello @cozycrafthomes.com].
7.2 If not resolved within 10 business days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in Bengaluru, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
7.3 The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
